From the darkness of my hiding place,
I climb the steps up to the gallery.
The stars appear to offer sanctuary
Although I know I'll never understand the reasons why.

She sails on the sea,
In a shroud of mystery.

She glides though the mist
Her sails are torn and twisted.

She should have gone to her grave

A lost and lonely soul.

On the Loreli.

QUASAR was formed in 1979 and they found themselves to be amongst a movement of British bands during the early 1980s,
including Marillion, Pendragon, IQ, Solstice and Pallas, that continued in the style created by 1970s bands such as Genesis and Yes.
Memories Of Times Yet To Be is now released along with previous release remixes completed, they are working on a new album for release in 2024.

I remember the excitement when The Sentinel was released having seen the band live a few times before. I loved the album but was aware that there were tracks missing and it had been rumoured that it was to be a double album. To hear all these takes and works in progress takes me right back to the 80's and the buzz of all the new prog that was coming out back then. This is an absolutely essential purchase for any Pallas fan.
